Returns/Refunds Policy

Return Period

You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

 Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
  2. Include your proof of purchase or receipt with your return.
  3. Pack your item securely, ensuring it is protected during transit.

Refund

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, customized products, and personal care goods.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and send your item to our return address.
